StableGlobe Markets provides infrastructure for dollar-denominated treasury, settlement, and payment services for African businesses and partners. Specific features, availability, and supported corridors may change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StableGlobe Markets and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StableGlobe Markets Ltd. is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
